Where we deliver
We offer delivery to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.
Shipping cost and tax
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. The checkout tax amount is $0.00; this is not a statement that products are legally tax exempt.
Handling and transit
Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, combining handling and transit; it is not a delivery guarantee.
Order cut-off and business days
Our order cut-off is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year without daylight saving changes. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day enter the handling window that day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter the handling window on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
